| An immense amount of organizational effort has been expended to bring about this gay of celebration in Port Deposit, and it is joint project between the Port Deposit Town Hall, the Port Deposit Chamber of Commerce, and the John Smith Four Hundred Project.
Literally hundreds of participants have applied, been sought, and even turned away in an effort to ensure this day is a truly remarkable and memorable occurrence.
Particular thanks go to:
| |
Erika Quesenbery, for performing the majority of the canvassing, administrative, preparation and liaison work |
| |
Americorps, for assisting with the initial setup of the locations, and various tasks throughout the event |
| |
Port Deposit Lyons Club, for the Stockade |
| |
Laura Luongo and Louise Land, for the Center Street signage |
| |
NTC Bainbridge and Americorps, for providing buses |
| |
